Job summary

Dominion Energy in Virginia is seeking an Intern - Digital Solutions in Supply Chain to support the design and development of business solutions that improve operational efficiency. You will work with Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and other tools to modernize processes.

The role blends technology, business analysis, and process improvement, offering hands-on experience on dashboards, data analysis, and automation projects across the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in CS, data analytics, supply chain or related field.
• Must have a GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Must be graduating in 2028.

Responsibilities

• Assist design, development, testing, and deployment of digital solutions including Copilot agents and AI-powered solutions.
• Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation and AI use cases.
• Document business requirements, process flows, and solution designs.
• Support testing, UAT, and end-user training.
• Analyze business processes and recommend opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.

Job Summary

This internshipprovidesan opportunity to gain hands-on experiencesupporting,designingand developing business solutions that improve operational efficiency across Supply Chain and Shared Services functions.

The intern will work with business and technology teamson projects involvingMicrosoft Copilot Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and other3rd-party tools. The role combines technology, business analysis, and process improvement to help modernize how work gets done across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assistwith the design, development, testing, and deployment ofdigital solutions including:
• Microsoft Copilot agents and AI-powered solutions.
• Applications with Power Apps.
• Automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline manual processes.
• Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders toidentifyautomation and AI use cases.
• Document business requirements, process flows, and solution designs.
• Support solution testing, user acceptance activities, and end-user training.
• Analyze business processes and recommend opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Perform data analysis to support business decision-making.

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program majoring in computer science, data analytics, supply chain, or a related field
• Must have a GPA of 3.0 or above
• Must be graduating from their Bachelor's degree program in 2028
