• Strong interpersonal skills that enhance collaboration and relationship building in an agile environment.
• Demonstrate initiative, growth mindset, and ownership of tasks and challenges.
• Exposure to SQL/PLSQL, cloud basics, REST/SOAP APIs, data migration tools, reporting tools, data visualization.
• Familiarity with AI assistants like Copilot/ChatGPT to improve productivity and perform validation.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
