Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a university degree with a track-record of academic success; preferred majors include MIS, CS, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, HR, Data Science, AI, CS, Economics, UXD and Web development.
• Strong interpersonal skills that enable collaboration and teamwork in an agile environment.
• Demonstrate initiative, a growth mindset, and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
• Demonstrate leadership experience and effective communication through active listening.
• Exposure to one or more of Java, C++, Python, Scala, R, SAS, SQL, HTML, SPSS, VBA, Tableau and related tech; systems design and cloud platforms.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define technical specs for projects.
• Document technical specifications and design decisions clearly for stakeholders.
• Develop scalable, reusable code and participate in code reviews to maintain quality.
• Engage in full-stack cloud-native development, using design thinking to prioritize UX, performance and security.
