Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an HBM Design Engineer Intern to contribute to the development and verification of next-generation memory solutions.

You will work with experienced engineers, gaining hands-on exposure to verification methodologies, simulation environments, and AI-driven computing technologies. As an intern, you will support test plans, analyze specifications, and collaborate with global teams to deliver industry-leading HBM products for AI, ML, and high-performance computing

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, with enrollment maintained throughout the internship period.
• Knowledge of transistor-level circuits, CMOS fundamentals, and digital logic design principles.
• Experience with Verilog, SystemVerilog, or other hardware description languages through coursework, projects, or research.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Proven communication, teamwork, and leadership skills demonstrated through academic, project, or extracurricular experiences.

As an HBM Design Engineer Intern, you will work alongside experienced engineers to support the development and verification of industry-leading HBM products. This role provides hands-on exposure to advanced design verification methodologies, simulation environments, debugging techniques, and AI-driven computing technologies. You will contribute to real product development efforts while building foundational skills in semiconductor design and verification.
