Job summary

Simon is seeking an entry-level architect to contribute to schematic site and building plans within a corporate setting. You will prepare compelling 2D/3D presentation drawings and develop 3D models using Rhino and/or SketchUp, with rendering support via Enscape or Photoshop.

The role emphasizes learning about the retail industry and mixed-use development while collaborating with a design-forward team. Bachelor’s progress in architecture or interior design is expected.

Qualifications

• A working ability in Rhino and/or SketchUp and Adobe Suite.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D Studio Max is a plus.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in architecture or Interior Design from an accredited university.
