Job summary

Mercantil Commerce Bank in Kansas City, MO invites applications for an Intern - Data Science for Summer 2027. You will join the Data Analytics team to develop statistical analyses, explore consumer behavior, profitability, and campaigns using experimental design.

The internship runs 11 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with hybrid in-office requirements two days per week. Pursuing a related major with basic MS Office and programming knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

Duties of this position include the development of statistical analysis, queries, prediction and presentation of consumer behavior, profitability and campaigns using experimental design. The intern also assists with other special projects within the Data Analytics team. The summer internship session will begin on **Tuesday, May 18, 2027**, and will run for **11 weeks**, ending on **Friday, July 30, 2027**.
