Job summary

BMW Group is seeking an Intern for Customer Test Coordination (KNT) for Spring 2027 to Summer 2027 at the Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey campus. The role focuses on organizing customer tests, collecting driver feedback, and coordinating vehicle usage with the US team.

Applicants should be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, have US work authorization, and meet GPA and credit-hour requirements. The position offers hybrid work and a potential intern vehicle lease program.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
• US Work Authorization required.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just major).
• Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.
• Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week).
• Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application.
• Prior BMW Group experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the US Team for customer tests to organize drives with pre-released vehicles and drivers out of the senior management team at the Woodcliff Lake campus.
• Coordinate usage of relevant vehicles according to the project plan.
• Conduct interviews with drivers and transfer feedback and documentation into the KNT database.
• Ensure timely verification of reported incidents and provide relevant data from drivers.
• Prepare and communicate regular status updates to headquarters in Germany.
