Job summary

BMW North America invites undergraduate and graduate students to a Fall 2026 internship in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. You will support credit and collections for vehicle and parts payments, assist with drafting and cash confirmation for wholesale activity, and participate in credit management tasks with dealers and aging reports.

This hybrid in-office role offers competitive pay: undergraduate rate $25.30/hour and graduate rate $32.20/hour, with a culture of responsibility, appreciation, and openness

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program at an accredited college or university.
• US Work Authorization required.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just major).
• Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.
• Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week).
• Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application.
• Prior BMW Group experience is a plus (applicable to international J1 students only).

Responsibilities

• Aiding in the credit and collections process for payment on vehicles and parts.
• Assisting with the daily drafting and cash confirmation process related to vehicle wholesale activity.
• Participate in credit management topics including contacting dealers for payment, reviewing aging reports, drafting proposals, confirming cash receipts from drafting, and assisting in ad hoc requests.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position. This is a hybrid role that requires in office days.

Undergraduate students: Hourly rate is $25.30.

Graduate students: Hourly rate is $32.20.

The selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
