Qualifications

• US Work Authorization required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (overall).
• Completed at least 60 college credit hours at application time.
• Ability to work part-time (20–29 hours/week).
• Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application.

Responsibilities

• Help plan, manage and staff media events and employee activations from run-of-show to on-site support.
• Write and edit press materials and reports.
• Work with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
• Build and polish PowerPoint presentations.
• Support photo / video shoots and content creation.
• Own project documentation: status updates, recaps, timelines, and tracking.
• Monitor and respond to inbound emails with initiative.
• Logistical work: scheduling, travel booking, vendor coordination, materials prep.
• Use Microsoft Copilot (AI) to speed up drafting, summarizing, and prep work across decks, docs, and email.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position. This is a hybrid role that requires in office days at the Woodcliff Lake, NJ office.

Undergraduate students: Hourly rate is $25.30. Graduate students: Hourly rate is $32.20.

The selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
