Job summary

Kroenke Sports & Entertainment seeks a Creative Services Intern to support our in‑house team at the Network Operations Center in Centennial. The role offers hands‑on experience creating motion graphics and graphics for Altitude channels, with exposure to live game and studio content.

You will work 20–29 hours per week, using After Effects and the Adobe Creative Cloud, and contribute to production of promo graphics, sponsored elements, and branded assets while learning professional workflows.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recently completed degree in design, media production or related field.
• Portfolio or reel required to be considered.
• Minimum qualifications must be met at the time of hire.

Nature of Work:

The Creative Services Intern will gain experience working as part of an in-house creative team to assist with developing graphics for Altitude Sports. The position will get hands‑on experience with motion graphics design to create graphic elements and promo content for live games, studio shows, and original programming on Altitude channels. This position will be scheduled for 20 to 29 hours per week and is based at our Network Operations Center in Centennial.

Examples of work performed:

• Use After Effects to create graphics for Creative Services projects and requests
• Assist with production of graphic elements for Altitude games, studio shows, and original programming
• Assist with production of sponsored graphics for ad sales
• Assist with production of graphics to promote upcoming games
• Assist with Creative Services workflows including coordinating creative requests, production and delivery of elements, and media management
• Other projects or duties as requested

Qualifications:

• Minimum
  • Currently enrolled or recently completed bachelors, associates, or technical degree program in design, media production, broadcasting or related field
  • Applicants must provide a reel or samples of previous design work to be considered for the position. Please include a link to your design portfolio.
  • Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
• Preferred
  • Experience in motion graphics, graphic design, or media production
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software including experience with After Effects
• Knowledge of pro sports and KSE teams
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
• Ability to work with both Mac and Windows OS environments
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate professionalism
• Ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a group setting, and demonstrate good judgment skills
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changing environments

Compensation:

• Base hourly range $19.29 per hour
