Qualifications

• Be fluent in English (oral and written) and have strong communication skills.
• Be able to relocate for the internship (locations vary).
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones with project managers and teams.
• Maintain project documentation including charters, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Identify potential project risks and help develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare regular project status reports for managers and stakeholders, highlighting progress and milestones.
• Apply HS&E standards and procedures to ensure compliance.

During your internship, you will be supported by a buddy and your manager who will ensure you have a valuable learning experience. As an Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with project managers and teams.
• Maintaining project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Identifying potential project risks and assisting in developing risk mitigation strategies.
• Preparing regular project status reports for project managers and stakeholders, highlighting progress, issues, and upcoming milestones.
• Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be currently enrolled in a Bachelors' or Masters' level degree in Engineering, Technology, other STEM-related or business related program.
• Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country
• Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills
• Be able to relocate for the duration of your internship (locations vary)
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and must maintain work authorization throughout your employment without requiring sponsorship by Baker Hughes, now or in the future.

The hourly rate range for this position is $22-$44
