Overview

The Clinical Services Intern will support patient safety efforts by reviewing fall‑related incident reports, identifying trends, and helping design prevention initiatives. This internship provides a unique opportunity for undergraduate students to meaningfully contribute to patient safety work while gaining experience that is applicable across any healthcare setting. The intern will work alongside clinical Vice Presidents, Directors, and Patient Safety leaders and will have exposure to executive (C‑suite) leadership. There may also be an opportunity to contribute to work that is published or shared broadly.


Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.


Requirements


  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare preferred

  • Ability to analyze information and communicate findings clearly

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
