Responsibilities

• Respond to client queries via email, WhatsApp, or chat platforms
• Track client satisfaction and follow up for feedback
• Maintain communication logs and support documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely updates or solutions

Skills Required

• Clear and professional communication (written & verbal)
• Empathy, patience, and a client-first mindset
• Ability to multitask and keep track of multiple clients
• Familiarity with CRM tools or helpdesk software (optional but a plus)
