Position Description

The Intern position requires the ability to work well both independently and with a team. To be successful within the role, you should have creative problem solving skills, an attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. You will work with other professionals to produce precision products in a range of industries such as consumer electronics and medical devices using a variety of metal and plastic mediums. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic, non-routine environment where each product is unique. Since our shop specializes in complex prototyping, you should enjoy diverse, fast-paced work and be inspired by challenging tasks.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities will vary based on skill level.
• May include programming, set up, creating products and tooling using stainless steel, aluminum, and engineered plastics, developing silicon molding and products, including fabrication of rigid tooling.
