Hourly: $20.00 - $20.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
Bank Operations serves as the operational backbone of the bank, supporting the processing, execution, and settlement of transactions across multiple business lines. As a Bank Operations Summer Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience in the functions that help drive operational efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional service.
This rotational internship provides exposure to three or more areas within the Bank Operations Division, offering opportunities to develop skills in analytics, reporting, process improvement, project management, and operations leadership while contributing to meaningful business initiatives and receiving mentorship from experienced professionals.
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Hybrid/Onsite: minimum of 2 days on site, with variations based on rotational assignments
Candidates must reside within the Kansas City metropolitan area and be able to regularly report to downtown location
