Ericsson Inc. is seeking a Talent & Development Intern to join the Americas People Team in Plano, TX. You'll work across multiple teams to support learning solutions, talent enablement, and culture initiatives while partnering with senior leaders to drive changes and efficiencies.
You will gain hands-on experience in data analytics, change management, and communications, contributing to impactful projects during a 12-week internship starting May 25, 2027.
