Ericsson Inc. is seeking a Talent & Development Intern to join the Americas People Team in Plano, TX. You'll work across multiple teams to support learning solutions, talent enablement, and culture initiatives while partnering with senior leaders to drive changes and efficiencies.

You will gain hands-on experience in data analytics, change management, and communications, contributing to impactful projects during a 12-week internship starting May 25, 2027.

Qualifications

  • Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program on a full-time basis at a 4-year college or university at the time of the internship.
  • Must hold a 2.7+ GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.
  • Prior exposure to HR, organizational development, or data analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Learning Solutions: design engaging learning experiences—online courses, PowerApps, and microlearning; create guides, assessments, and video scripts.
  • Talent Enablement: assist with early career programs, succession planning, and development analytics.
  • Culture & People Experience: support EricssonIgnited culture with employee engagement activities.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: analyze learning data, create reports, visualize data, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Project Management: help coordinate cross-functional projects, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaboration and Meetings: participate in cross-functional meetings with SMEs and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment.

What you will do

Your day-to-day activities will be diverse, challenging, and enriching. Depending on what you’re working on, it will change regularly, which makes every day exciting. Here's a glimpse into what you can expect:

  • Learning Solutions: Partner with experts to design engaging learning experiences—like online courses, PowerApps, and microlearning—while curating and creating content such as guides, assessments, and video scripts.
  • Talent Enablement: Assisting with early career programs engagements and activities, in addition to succession planning and development in areas such as analysis on effective development.
  • Culture & People Experience: Help support our amazing #EricssonIgnited culture with fun employee engagements
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: You'll assist in analyzing learning data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of different areas across the People Team and identify areas for improvement. This may involve creating reports, visualizing data, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Project Management: You'll be actively involved in managing multiple strategic projects simultaneously. This could include coordinating with cross-functional teams, setting timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met on time.
  • Collaboration and Meetings: You'll attend cross-functional meetings, collaborate with subject matter experts, senior stakeholders, and other team members to ensure alignment and seamless execution of project deliverables.

  • Relevant Backgrounds: Actively enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's or Master’s (preferred) program on a full-time basis at a 4-year college or university at the time of the internship
  • Your academic or professional experience may include HR, organizational development, organizational design, engineering, data analytics, or related disciplines.
  • Must hold a 2.7+ GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
