Job summary

Moog Inc. in Torrance, CA is seeking an on-site Intern in Actuation Engineering for the spring block.

You will contribute to the development of new products and assemblies within the Military Aircraft Group, with opportunities to assist in design, analysis, and technical reporting. Ideal candidates are enrolled in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering programs with a GPA of 3.0 or higher and must be able to relocate for the internship duration.

• Work may include conceptual or detail design, proposal design, writing technical reports, or part selection.
• Provide technical support to engineers, as needed.
• Provide input on project processes, strategies, and execution.
• Operate as a multidisciplinary member of a team of creative, independent individuals.
• Represent Moog in a manner consistent with its technical and professional reputation.

The Actuation team within our Military Aircraft Group is seeking a spring block intern. The intern will have an onsite work schedule in Torrance, CA.

To be considered for this role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

• Enrolled in an Aerospace Engineering and Mechanical Engineering Bachelor's or Master's Degree program, at an accredited university.
• GPA of at least 3.0; exact GPA requirement will be specified by department.
• Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship.

Students within the Moog U.S. Internship Program are expected to have a professional disposition, effective communication skills, a strong desire to learn, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Salary Range Transparency

Torrance, CA $28.00–$35.00 Hourly
