C.H. Robinson is seeking an Account Management Intern for Summer 2027 in Eden Prairie, MN. You will work with experienced teams to tackle supply chain challenges and gain hands-on experience in customer strategy, CRM, transportation operations, data analytics, and business development.

You’ll engage in cross-functional collaboration, develop foundational business skills, and explore career paths within a global logistics leader that values innovation and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Support customer-facing teams in managing day-to-day account activities
• Help analyze supply chain performance, pricing, and operational data
• Assist with shipment execution and identify opportunities to improve service and efficiency
• Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, pricing, sales, and capacity management
• Leverage technology and data insights to solve business challenges and improve outcomes
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational performance
• Build relationships across the organization while developing a deeper understanding of the transportation and logistics industry

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing abachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field
• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028

• Interest in customer relationship management, business strategy, and supply chain management

Compensation Range

$15 - $30 per hour

The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base pay only and do not include additional variable compensation.
