Job summary

Hodess, the Full Lifecycle Partner, is offering an internship in construction management. You will gain hands-on experience on real-world projects and work closely with project managers and field teams to learn the ropes.

You will shadow schedules, budgets, and documentation, dive into job-site activities, and contribute to weekly progress reports and meetings, while collaborating with estimating, engineering, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills.
• An appetite for learning, with a love of teamwork and challenges.
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and software is a plus—but we’re happy to teach you!
