Job summary

Cintas is seeking an Intern to participate in a program designed to provide comprehensive knowledge across all areas of our business, exposing the Intern to different departments for hands-on training.

The Intern experience aims to develop leadership, organization, communication and time management skills through interaction with multiple departments and projects.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED and be enrolled in a Bachelor's program.
• Preferred: prior internship or co-op in Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role.
• Preferred: business-related major.
• Preferred: proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• Preferred: leadership/management role in campus or related extracurricular activities.
• Preferred: availability to start within two weeks after offer.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking an Intern to participate in a program designed to provide comprehensive knowledge across all areas of our business, as well as the professional services industry. The goal is to expose the Intern to our different departments. The Intern experience combines hands-on training with the opportunity to interact with multiple departments in order to develop stronger leadership, organization, communication and time management skills.

Skills/Qualifications

• A business or otherwise related academic major

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $17.25 - $23.29/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
