Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking an Intern to participate in a program designed to provide comprehensive knowledge across all areas of our business and the professional services industry. The Intern experience combines hands‑on training with the opportunity to interact with multiple departments to develop stronger leadership, organization, communication and time management skills.

Participants will rotate through departments, gain real‑world exposure, and receive mentorship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• Co‑op or internship in Customer Service, Sales, Production or Admin preferred.
• Business or related major preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• Leadership role in campus activities preferred.
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer.
