Job summary

Cemex US is offering a 10-week summer internship in Orlando for students in 3rd or 4th year pursuing engineering, business, or construction-related degrees. Qualifications

  • Must be in 3rd or 4th year of completing your Bachelor's Degree.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in: Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Mining), Business, Construction related field, Concrete Industry Management, Mining Engineering, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Geology, Environmental Management.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire specific knowledge on the practices of the business line.
  • Be an advocate for safety.
  • Adhere to all CEMEX, OSHA and MSHA rules and regulations at all times and wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds.
  • Meet or exceed company safety standards.
  • Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by management.

Working Conditions
  • Capability to work extended hours as necessary
