This is an exciting opportunity to join the New York office of Bright Partnerships. As a growing business, this role offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across major sports and hospitality programs while contributing to the continued growth of our US team.
You will also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our London team, supporting the delivery of global projects and activations across North America.
The role is highly operational and detail‑oriented, with responsibilities including ticket allocation and distribution, guest communications, RSVP management, hospitality coordination, and the maintenance of critical planning documents and databases. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, take pride in accuracy, and enjoy being part of a team that delivers exceptional guest experiences.
The position is based in New York and requires a minimum of three days per week in the office. Flexibility to support occasional evening and weekend work during event periods is also required.
