Willbanks Associates Inc. is seeking motivated and hands‑on Mechanic & Technician Summer Interns to join our team. This internship provides a great opportunity to gain real‑world experience working with mechanical systems, equipment, or technical operations in a fast‑paced environment. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals to develop practical skills and industry knowledge.

Positions

• Mechanic Intern – What does a Mechanic do? The Boiler Mechanic’s primary function is to install, maintain, repair, and modify piping and complex heating and steam boiler systems in multiple types of commercial and industrial applications. This is a hands‑on, labor intensive job where a variety of hand or power tools, and welding equipment will be used. Once the boiler is in working order, the mechanic will complete and record their services through various paperwork.
• Technician Intern – What does a Technician do? The Boiler Technician plays a crucial role in the operation, maintenance, and repair of boilers and related equipment. This position is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient functioning of boilers, steam generators, and heating systems. Boiler Technicians I are skilled professionals who perform maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary repairs to keep boilers running optimally.
