Job summary

The State Group in Kokomo, Indiana, is offering a summer Project Manager internship on-site for 2027. You will collaborate across the organization, assist with research, planning, documentation, and reporting related to construction management or electrical engineering studies.

This paid internship features mentorship, hands-on experience, and a capstone project with a final presentation to company leaders in Kokomo.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a college diploma or university degree in construction management or electrical engineering.
• Completion of at least one year of post-secondary education.
• A strong desire to learn, contribute, and grow in a professional environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• The ability to follow direction, manage priorities, and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across the organization while gaining insight into how our business operates.
• Assist with research, analysis, planning, documentation, reporting, and other responsibilities related to your area of study.
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas, updates, and solutions.
• Build practical skills through hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development.
• Network with other interns and participate in a collaborative Capstone Project.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
