Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. in Washburn, ND is offering a paid internship designed for students in Heavy Equipment Service or Diesel Technology programs. You’ll learn on real equipment and work side-by-side with a skilled mentor to diagnose, repair, and service machines.

You must be enrolled in an approved program with at least a 3.0 GPA and good attendance. The internship can lead to full-time employment after graduation and includes company-paid tools, up to $20,000 in incentives, and a $5,000

• Must be enrolled in an approved Heavy Equipment Service, Diesel Technology, or technical service program recognized by RDO Equipment Co.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA and good attendance to stay eligible for program benefits.
• Build hands-on skills using mechanical tools while learning on the job.
• Tech-savvy and customer-focused with strong computer skills and a passion for service.
• Clear written and verbal communication and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn side-by-side with a mentor how to diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble, and service real equipment.
• Document machine details and repair work on service orders to support team efficiency.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized and handle tools and machines with care.

What You Will Need:
