Job summary

ConGlobal is hiring an Intermodal Equipment Operator to safely move containers in the intermodal yard. You will operate hostlers, cranes, top loaders, and side loaders to load, unload, and relocate containers as part of daily logistics operations.

Starting pay is $23.50/hour. This is a full-time, immediate-hire role with open availability for all shifts, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver’s license is required, and pre-employment screening will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment or machinery in logistics or industrial setting preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment to load and unload shipping containers from railcars and trucks.
• Drive hostlers to position containers and chassis within the yard.
• Use top loaders, side loaders, and cranes to stack and move containers.
• Perform equipment inspections before and after use for safety.
• Coordinate moves with yard personnel and supervisors.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following protocols.
