Seaboard Marine is seeking an organized AP Clerk to enter A/P invoices from multiple vendors and maintain precise records. You will communicate with vendors daily, review invoices for accuracy, code charges, and support intermodal pricing analyses.
The role requires strong MS Word/Excel skills, 35 wpm typing, and ability to work independently with limited supervision. This is an on-site position based in Florida and may require extended hours.
Starting rate: $20 per hour

Receives direct supervision from the Intermodal Manager. Does not exercise supervision over any other position.
Indoors office; exposed to controlled temperature and office environment.
The noise level in the work environment is usually busy (many phones in open cubicles).
