Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an Intermediate Supply Planner to lead complex supply planning analyses and develop actionable business plans for constrained portfolios. You will act as a subject matter expert, creating sophisticated analytical models to improve supply execution, customer delivery, inventory and financial outcomes.

The role involves governance of forecasts, what-if scenarios, and leveraging AI/ML-enabled insights, with mentorship responsibilities to drive standardization

Competenze

This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

Position Summary

Leads complex supply planning analysis and actionable business plans for constrained portfolios. Serves as a subject matter expert, developing sophisticated analytical models and recommendations that improve supply execution, customer delivery, inventory and financial outcomes.

Management Level Definition

Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.

Supply Planning, JBAS & Planner of the Future

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred or demonstrable equivalent.
• Typically 5-9 years of experience in supply planning, operations, strategy, finance or related functional areas.

Knowledge and Skills

• Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, data manipulation and financial modeling skills.
• Strong business acumen, written and verbal communication, project management and relationship management.
• Developed leadership skills, including team-building, conflict resolution and mentoring.
• Extensive knowledge of research methodology for key business issues and the ability to identify emerging market and industry trends.
• Ability to leverage new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysis.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel, Access, statistical analysis and financial modeling.
• Very strong project management skills, including leading large cross-functional initiatives; strong partnering and consulting skills.
