A leading Regional Main Contractor have an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join the business on a permanent basis, based out of their Chelmsford offices.

As a business, they provide design, sustainable, partnered construction and project management services for private and public sector clients on a wide range of projects across multiple sectors, up to £50m in value.

They carry out new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, leisure, retail, industrial, defence, heritage and housing.

They are looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor that is looking for a new challenge to improve their career and be a part of more expansive business within a larger team.

The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor should have experience working on a range of new build and refurbishment schemes, across commercial, education, healthcare, retail, industrial and housing projects ideally.
