Job summary

RENAPS is seeking an Intermediate Oracle DBA to join the USA Centre of Excellence, working remotely in the United States. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of Oracle database design and administration experience, with expertise in performance tuning and troubleshooting.

You will participate in designing and maintaining databases for customers, act as the primary database analyst for new projects, and handle data modelling, capacity planning, and integration tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Oracle database design and administration experience (11g/12c a plus)
• Experience designing and maintaining customer databases
• Primary database analyst for new projects/implementations
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills with AWR/ADDM/ASH/STATSPACK
• Data modelling, mapping, integration and capacity planning
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage emergencies
• Adaptable to change; strong analysis and problem-solving
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
• Experience with Oracle 10g/11g/12c/18c/19c
• French an asset
• Customer service oriented
• Team player
