Job summary

GLUCK+ seeks an Intermediate Architect for Single and Multi Family Residential and Institutional projects. Ideal candidates have 1–4 years of experience and are strong designers in an Architect Led Design Build practice.

Applicants should possess experience from schematic design through construction administration, with skills in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino or SketchUp and Adobe Suite, and familiarity with zoning and code analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience on ground-up Single Family and/or Multi Family Residential projects in all phases of design through Construction Administration.
• Experience on Institutional Projects including schools in all phases of design through Construction Administration.
• Experience with technical detailing and materials research; familiarity with zoning and code analysis.

Applicants must be strong designers interested in participating in an Architect Led Design Build practice. Candidates should have between 1-4 years of experience, and the following skills

• Experience on ground-up Single Family and/or Multi Family Residential projects, in all phases of design/construction from Schematic Design through Construction Administration And/Or:
• Experience on Institutional Projects including schools in all phases of design/construction from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.

• Experience with technical detailing and materials research. Some facility with zoning and code analysis
• Highly motivated, Team-oriented individuals
• For all candidates Revit, Autocad, Rhino or Sketchup & Adobe Suite skills are a prerequisite.
