Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction site visits and project schedules to ensure timely completion and adherence to design intent
• Oversee the design process from concept to installation, ensuring projects meet high standards
• Review and annotate detailed construction plans, millwork drawings, and shop drawings
• Design and draw custom millwork, furniture, and lighting tailored to project needs
• Lead space planning efforts and develop furniture layouts, optimizing both functionality and aesthetics
• Source and curate FF&E, with a focus on contemporary, vintage, and antique furniture, art, and design
• Prepare client presentations and mood boards in collaboration with the Studio Principal and design team
• Coordinate with contractors, manage purchasing (Studio Designer), and oversee installations

Skills & Requirements:

• 6+ years of project management experience with demonstrated proficiency in managing construction site visits and schedules
• Strong knowledge of the design and construction process from concept through installation
• Expertise in reviewing, annotating, and developing construction and millwork drawings
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray, Enscape, Rhino, and advanced Photoshop
• Experience in preparing and presenting client design packages and mood boards
• Strong understanding of FF&E sourcing, with experience in contemporary, vintage, and antique furniture, art, and design
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple areas of design
