INTERMEDIATE DESIGNER / ARCHITECT [5+ years experience]

Our studios live in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Aspen, however they function as one, thinking and producing interactively and seamlessly in real-time on all projects.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced designer/architect to join a collaborative studio that operates across locations. This role focuses on design development, documentation, and coordination with the internal team and external consultants.

Responsibilities

• Physical modelling
• Coordination with internal team and consultants

Qualifications

• A professional degree (B.Arch or M.Arch)
• 5+ years of architectural design and documentation experience, with 2+ years at a single place of employment
• Meticulous drawing and modelling skills (3D & physical)
• Strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with a positive, diligent work ethic
• SD-CD level project experience in REVIT, SketchUp, Rhino
• Rendering experience using Enscape

Location

All locations; Los Angeles (Inglewood), CA; San Francisco (Sausalito), CA; and Aspen, CO. This is an in-person position.

Compensation & Benefits
