Intermediate Clinical Applications Systems Analyst Epic, IS Patient Services, Fully Remote

Under general guidance, the Intermediate Clinical Application Systems Analyst assists in developing, configuring, and maintaining application systems. Responsibilities include following control processes for requests for changes and enhancements, supporting existing clinical IT systems through routine maintenance, problem management, and troubleshooting. The analyst analyzes system needs, investigates solutions, and presents recommendations to senior analysts and management. Acts as a liaison between system vendors, internal users, and other IS partners. Must have a working understanding of industry requirements and the business implications of technology solutions within the clinical environment. Capable of working on all phases of applications systems analysis, programming, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
