Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Intermediate Care Unit at Ballantyne Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. You will lead the care team, collaborate with physicians, and guide patients and families through the health journey.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, an active RN license in the state, and at least one year of relevant experience. A sign-on bonus and relocation bonus are offered, with a 36-hour, 7a–7p day schedule.

Qualifications

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• If your RN license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, completion of a Board approved refresher is required prior to reactivating license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the healthcare team and establish an authentic relationship with the patient and support system.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
• Provide care in accordance with current policies and procedures.
