Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• If RN license inactive, refresher course may be required before reactivating license.

Responsibilities

• Assess Patients: Conduct comprehensive assessments, analyze clinical data, identify care needs.
• Develop Care Plans: Create and adjust individualized plans of care with patients and families.
• Provide Nursing Care: Administer medications, perform nursing procedures, educate patients and families.
• Evaluate Outcomes: Monitor progress and modify care plans to achieve outcomes.
