The Application Developer provides technical expertise for the development, integration, and support of enterprise applications within Application Services. Reporting to the CRM Integration Platform Manager, this role implements software solutions using scalable, secure, and maintainable engineering practices aligned with established architectural standards and development governance. Application Services designs, builds, integrates, and sustains long-lived enterprise applications supporting core institutional operations. The Application Developer contributes to the development and enhancement of enterprise web, API, mobile, and cloud-enabled applications while applying disciplined software development lifecycle practices and engineering quality standards. This role serves as a developing technical contributor within the development team, executing implementation efforts, participating in technical design discussions, and applying established engineering practices with growing independence across development initiatives. The Application Developer supports the long-term sustainability of enterprise applications by writing maintainable code, contributing to reliable system behavior, and applying disciplined engineering practices across development work.
