Job summary

The role delivers live and virtual sessions, builds materials, and applies quality standards to call monitoring and reviews, ensuring regulatory adherence.

You will identify performance gaps, coach advisors, document findings, and partner with Compliance to keep content aligned with firm policy in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

  • Two years of experience in financial services training, quality assurance, or performance management.
  • Knowledge of FINRA rules and supervisor standards.
  • Experience delivering training or coaching for licensed professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Design onboarding and refresher training programs for licensed advisors.
