Under general supervision serves as a business partner and enabler of HR functions to assigned client group. The position is responsible for moderately complex HR activities and a broad range of human resources services in support of business objectives and human resources initiatives. These services include: staffing, employee and labor relations, organizational effectiveness, talent management, compensation and benefits, and training and development. Works with regular guidance using knowledge of HR operations, policies, and procedures.
