Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking an Interior Renovations Project Manager I to join the Home Office in Roseville, MN. You will independently manage multiple renovation projects from planning through closeout, serving as the owner’s representative and coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

You will monitor scope, budgets, schedules, quality and risks, escalate significant issues to the Director of Renovations, and contribute to process

Qualifikationen

• Four to seven years of experience in construction project management or owner’s representation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing renovation or construction projects with increasing responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project management / construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).

• Serve as the owner’s representative, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and refine project scope, manage budgets, schedules and project controls.
• Make day-to-day project decisions within approved scope, budget and schedule.
• Recommend significant scope changes, budget modifications, or schedule adjustments for leadership review.
• Lead project meetings and communicate status, risks, and performance to stakeholders.
