Job summary

Botanical-Designs-LL seeks a Plant Care Specialist to maintain healthy, attractive interior plants across client sites. You will follow scheduled routes, monitor plant health, and address watering, pruning, and fertilization needs while preserving clean, professional client spaces.

The role requires independence, reliable transportation, and strong communication with clients and supervisors to ensure high-quality upkeep and timely documentation of service activities.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality plant appearance.
• Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle route-based service.
• Ability to work independently in client locations and communicate with clients professionally.

Responsibilities

• Service client accounts per established schedules and standards.
• Water, trim, prune, rotate, fertilize, and detail interior plants.
• Evaluate plant health and appearance; identify signs of stress, pests, or environmental issues.
• Communicate plant conditions and replacement needs to supervisor or manager.
• Identify plants needing replacement and assist with replacements as directed.
• Follow IPM procedures and pass trainings for pest management.
