Job summary

Cross Creek Nursery is seeking an Interior Landscaping Technician for a part-time, year-round role in the Richmond area. The position involves caring for tropical plants at multiple client offices with flexible hours (10-15 hours per week).

You will water, fertilize, prune, and maintain plant health, while transporting supplies to sites and occasionally lifting up to 35 lbs. Prior plant care helps, and training is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• A clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to bend, lift, and perform plant maintenance tasks.
• Prior plant care experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.
