Job summary

Tucker Door and Trim is seeking Interior Door Casing Installers and Trimmers to join our production team in Albany, GA. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm, with competitive starting pay and benefits.

You will use power tools, tape measures, and various woodworking tools to install door casings, trim, and related millwork across construction sites. Applicants must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and follow written English instructions.

Qualifications

• Experience reading measuring devices to 1/16 inch.
• Experience with tape measures and power or pneumatic tools.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and adjust up to 100 lbs throughout the shift.
• Comfortable with power tools and woodworking tasks.
• Ability to follow written English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Install interior door casing and trim per project specs.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely.
• Measure, cut, and fit millwork components.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Job description

We are growing again! and are adding Interior Door Casing Installer and Trimmers to our Production Team. Tucker Door & Trim is a premier wholesale distributor and manufacturer of doors, windows, and specialty millwork for the construction industry.

• starting at $18/hr
• Full Time
• Monday to Friday
• 7am to 4pm

Required Experience

• Comfortablewith Power Tools.
• Familiar with any of the following; construction, renovation, furniture assembly, cabinet installs, wood working, flooring installation, or deck and fence building.
• Experience with tape measures and power or pneumatic tools.
• Ability to consistently lift, push, pull, adjust 100lbs throughout the shift

Skills

• The willingness to be trained and open to learning new concepts.
• The ability to read and follow written instruction in English.
• Reading a measuring device accurately to 1/16 of an inch is essential.
• The ability to add and subtract fractions.
• Familiar with various types of tools, such as power drills, nail guns, cut saws etc.
• The ability to perform required tasks with minimal supervision.
• Other duties as assigned.
