Role Responsibilities
  • Design inspiring spaces in our showroom, engaging directly with clients.
  • Build relationships with clients through showroom interactions and outreach.
  • Collaborate with clients to realize their design visions using advanced tools and technologies.
  • Access over 200 top brands, including Century, Four Hands, Bernhardt, Vanguard, and more.
  • Manage multiple projects to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Work with a dedicated support team in client service, accounting, and delivery.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Paid training and flexible schedules
  • Uncapped commissions on sales

Pay Structure
  • $20/hour for the first 4 months, with the option to switch to commission sooner
  • Then 100% commission, uncapped, paid at the time of order
  • Estimated annual earnings range from $45,000 to $130,000, with an average of $51,000 in year one and $61,000 in year two
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of interior design or consultative sales experience
  • Proven success in sales and client engagement
  • Motivated by commission-based earnings
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
