Qualifications

• Education: bachelor’s degree; or equivalent experience.
• Strong design sense and client-focused consulting skills.
• Ability to translate client needs into actionable design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Promote La-Z-Boy In-Home Design program and present customized portfolios.
• Schedule and conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs and preferences.
• Provide design recommendations, including layout planning and product selections.
• Collaborate with sales teams to improve design culture and performance.
