Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking an Interior Designer II to support design development for hospitality, workplace, and contract environments.

Onsite in Kohler, WI, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate concepts into spaces that meet quality and design standards. You will assist in FF&E coordination, vendor coordination, site surveys, and documentation, helping manage budgets and procurement while upholding Kohler's commitment to innovation and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or interior architecture with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; ability to learn eProcurement/FF&E software (e.g., Spexx).
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Clear, professional communication and collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Design support and coordination with senior/interior designers across all design phases.
• Prepare materials for design reviews, finish boards, FF&E packages, and documentation.
• Coordinate FF&E specifications, pricing, and vendor approvals; support vendor onboarding and coordination.
• Assist in budgeting, procurement, lead times, delivery schedules, and installation logistics.
• Conduct site surveys, field measurements, and condition documentation; assist with bid/RFP documents.
• Collaborate on architectural/interior drawings; ensure CAD/project files are organized and archived.
