Kohler Co. is seeking an Interior Designer II to join the Global Properties & Services (GPS) Design team.

This onsite, four-days-per-week role in Kohler, WI supports design development, FF&E coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality hospitality and contract environments. The position emphasizes concept-to-implementation, vendor coordination, site surveys, and CAD documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and ability to learn Spexx and FF&E specification software.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Clear, professional communication skills and a collaborative, proactive work style.

Responsibilities

• Support senior and lead interior designers throughout all phases of design, from concept development through implementation.
• Coordinate design development with architects, PMs, engineers, and maintenance teams.
• Prepare materials for executive and internal design reviews, including decks, finish boards, FF&E packages.
• Source and coordinate FF&E specifications, pricing, quotations, and approvals with vendors/contractors.
• Assist in development of initial furniture budgets, schedules, and procurement plans.
• Perform field surveys, measurements, and documentation; assist bid/RFP documentation.
