  • Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, consultants, and clients.
  • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

As an Interior Designer II at VCBO, you’ll help develop interior environments from concept through construction. Your work will include space planning, producing drawings and project documentation, selecting materials and finishes, developing interior details, and coordinating design information with architects, consultants, clients, and other project team members.


You’ll be responsible for defined portions of projects, balancing design intent with technical and practical requirements. This role is well suited to a designer who can manage day-to-day assignments with moderate independence, communicate effectively across project teams, and recognize when more complex issues require input from senior staff.
