Job summary

LEO A DALY in Omaha, Nebraska, seeks an Interior Designer I to assist senior designers in creating compelling interior spaces from concept through construction documents.

You will develop design concepts, prepare presentations, produce drawings, coordinate with vendors, and participate in client meetings. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture is required, with 0–3 years of experience; NCIDQ certification and tools proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture required.
• 0–3 years of experience in Interior Design.
• Master’s degree in interior design or architecture preferred.
• NCIDQ certification preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Programming, space planning, design of spaces and finishes, FF&E selection.
• Documentation and drawings for finish plans and elevations.
• Coordination with multidisciplinary teammates and vendors.
• Site investigations, client meetings, or construction jobsite observations.
• Attend client and internal meetings and conduct presentations.
